1Pizza on a Stick

Ingredients:

Fresh mushrooms
Cherry Tomatoes
Black Olives
Green Pepper (chopped into large pieces)
Onion (Chopped into large pieces)
Pepperoni
Cooked Sausage
Shredded Cheese
Fresh Thyme and Oregano (optional)
Pizza Dough (your favorite homemade recipe)
Pizza Sauce

*Wooden skewers

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Place mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, black olives, green peppers, onions, pepperoni, and cooked sausage on wooden skewers (just like you would do for regular kabobs.)
Roll out raw pizza dough, and cut into long strips. The strips should be about half an inch wide and 12 inches long.
Secure one end of the pizza dough strip to the pointed end of the wooden skewer. Then, proceed to wrap the pizza dough strip around the other skewered ingredients. Secure the other end of the pizza dough strip just below the bottom skewered ingredient.
Bake pizza kabobs for approximately 12 minutes or until the dough is golden. Sprinkle hot pizza kabobs with shredded cheese and fresh herbs. Serve with pizza sauce for dipping.

(Side note: If you’re in a hurry, canned pizza dough works great!)
