Lorna Cook has a passion to inspire and equip women to fully grasp God’s Word. In this workshop, Lorna, a mother of 5, will share a vision for discovering where your priorities currently are, and where God’s desire for your priorities should be. While walking through this workshop, you will read, understand and apply God’s priorities from His Word, so you can work to maintain a healthy, well- balanced life.

4.  A PURE Path: God Meets You Where You’re At

Kaylie Schmidt

Kaylie’s passion for speaking to the hearts and lives of young girls and women began when three years ago, at the age of 18, she found out she was pregnant. In this workshop, Kaylie will walk you through her journey of struggling with seeking self-value from boys, having a lack of accountability, and the realty of facing one’s consequences. She will encourage teens and young adults from her personal story, as she shares the hard path she’s walked out, and how God met her on her journey, changing her life.

5.  PURE Motivations: God’s Version of a Healthy Self Image (Offered as morning workshop only)

Heidi Pavelka

As a model, mentor, and motivational speaker, Heidi Pavelka, has had the opportunity to work with today’s youth in teaching workshops on how to demonstrate the best ways to conducting themselves with dignity and respect. In this workshop, Heidi will encourage girls, teens and young adults, to understand self image and self worth, as Heidi discusses the relationship between girls and their earthly fathers, and girls and their Heavenly Father. She also delivers practical tips on helping them develop a healthy level of self confidence.

6.  PURE Intentions: Practicing Purity (Offered as afternoon workshop only)

Rachel Sogge

Rachel, a youth director from The Waters Church in St. Cloud, teaches practical application to young girls and women about emotional purity (keeping our hearts in the right place), physical purity (in relationships, in the way we dress and carry ourselves) and spiritual purity (recognizing that God’s the only One who will ever fill the void we have in our hearts, and that true love starts with Him).
